K Prabhakar Associates

We are located at 14 Basavanagudi on the Bellary Main Road. Specifically, we are on the first floor. Being on a main road like this means there is always a lot of movement outside. You can hear the buses and cars all day long. Sometimes it is a bit of a climb up the stairs if you aren't used to it, but it's only the first floor so it isn't too bad. The office of K Prabhakar Associates has been here for a good amount of time. Basavanagudi is a busy area, and being right on the main road makes it easy for people to find us, even if the traffic is a bit much. The first floor gives us a bit of a view of what is happening on the street below. It is mostly just desks and computers in here. We don't really go in for any of that modern office decor you see in the magazines. It is just a practical space for practical work. The light coming through the windows in the afternoon is actually quite nice, even with the dust from the road. We have some tea in the mornings and then just get to it. It is a solid place to work from. Most people who come by know the area well. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It is a simple setup for the team here.
