Our spot is at T-14 on Peenya Main Haibowal Road. If you know where the police station is, we are right near there. It’s a loud area because of all the trucks and buses moving through Peenya all the time. We handle travel bookings and bus services from this office. It’s a bit of a dusty place because of the main road, but we keep the fans going to stay cool. There are a lot of people coming in to check bus timings or to drop off parcels. We spend most of our time looking at the computer screens or talking to drivers on their mobile phones. The office has been here for a long time. It’s got that old-school feel where there’s always a bit of a line during the holiday seasons. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just sell the tickets and make sure people know which platform their bus is on. Sometimes the buses are late because of the traffic on the highway, and we have to explain that to waiting passengers. It's just part of the daily routine. We have a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their travel details to be sorted. The staff here knows the routes pretty well. We’ve seen the road change from a small lane to a big busy mess over the years. Sometimes the Haibowal Road gets flooded when it rains heavily, and we have to move some of the boxes higher up so they don't get damp.
