K Bhima Bhat Adv

K Bhima Bhat Adv is located at 18 Sampangiram Nagar on Station Road. To be more specific, we are on the 2n Floor of the Cauvery building. This is right along the Bombay Pune Highway, so there is always a lot of noise from the heavy vehicles passing by. We are situated directly opposite the GEO Hotel, which is a very well-known spot for travelers. The office is a traditional legal workspace. There are shelves filled with law books and stacks of papers on every available surface. Being on the second floor means we have to climb the stairs every morning, which keeps us moving. The view from the window is mostly the highway and the hotel across the street. It’s a busy intersection and you can hear the horns honking throughout the day. We handle legal matters here and it's a very serious atmosphere, but the office itself is quite plain. We don't have any modern art or fancy carpets. It’s just a place for work and meetings. The Cauvery building has been here for a long time and feels solid. Clients find us easily because of the proximity to the GEO Hotel. We’ve been practicing from this Sampangiram Nagar address for many years. It’s a convenient location for anyone coming off the highway. We just keep our heads down and work through the files one by one in our little corner of the building. It gets a bit dusty with all the highway traffic, but we are used to it.
