K & S Associates

K & S Associates is located right at the start of Banashankari 2nd Stage, at number 1. It’s a convenient spot, though the intersection nearby can get pretty loud. We’ve been operating out of this building for quite some years. It’s a simple office, nothing fancy or modern about it. We have some wooden desks that have been here since the beginning and plenty of shelving for all the folders we accumulate. Most of the time, we are just busy with the daily grind of paperwork and client meetings. We don’t wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Usually, it’s just casual clothes and a lot of work to get through. Banashankari is a nice part of town, and we enjoy being part of the community here. We know the people at the local shops and they know us. Our office isn't the easiest to keep tidy because there’s always something new coming in. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just believe in showing up on time and doing what we said we’d do. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just part of being here. We aren't a big name you’d see on billboards. We’re just a small team at number 1, doing our best to keep things running smoothly for everyone who comes to us. It’s practical, it’s local, and it’s how we’ve always done it.
