K & S Associates

Our office is over on 11 Narasimharaja Road. We are part of the Vrajdham Society in Atladra. Specifically, we are on the 4th floor of the New Raja Building. It’s quite easy to find because it’s right opposite the Town Hall. Being across from a landmark like that makes it simple to give directions to anyone coming over. The 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but the climb up can be a lot if the lift isn't working right. It’s an older building with some character. We’ve got our setup here with our files and computers. It’s not a corporate suite or anything like that. Just a few rooms where we sit and work. The Vrajdham Society is a mix of different people and businesses. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times there’s a lot of noise from the Town Hall area. We like the location because everything we need is close by. Since we are in the New Raja Building, we are right in the middle of all the daily action. The rooms are a bit small, and we’ve got folders stacked in the corners because we run out of shelf space. We don’t really do anything for show. It’s just K & S Associates doing our thing at 11 Narasimharaja Road. We’ve been here for a long time and know the area quite well. We usually stop for tea downstairs around four.
