Jvs Software Tecnologies is our name, and we're located in Shiva Shankari Paradise. It’s a flat on the first floor, right on 10th Cross in Byraapa Gardens. This is the Banashakari 3rd Stage area of Bangalore. It’s a busy residential spot, so we’re surrounded by families and local shops. We spend our days coding and fixing software bugs. It's a lot of trial and error, honestly. The office is basically just a few of us with our laptops. We chose this flat because it’s quiet enough to actually get some thinking done. Sometimes we go downstairs to the local stalls for tea when we get stuck on a problem. We aren't some big multinational firm with a cafeteria. We just do the work and try to keep our clients happy. The 10th Cross can be tricky to find if you aren't from around here, but once you see the Shiva Shankari building, you’re there. We’ve been working on various software projects for a while now. Some are small, some take months. We don't have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. It’s a very informal setup. We just care about the code working like it should. Our desks are usually covered in half-finished notebooks and empty water bottles. It's not the fanciest way to work, but we like the freedom of being in this little flat in Banashakari.
