Junir Engineer-Civil

You can find us at 103 K on 12th Cross in the 1st Block of Rajajinagar. Bangalore is a big, busy city, but Rajajinagar has its own specific feel that we’ve grown quite fond of. This is where we base our Junir Engineer-Civil work. It’s not a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s more of a local setup where we look at blueprints, deal with site plans, and handle the technical side of building things. The office is full of rolls of paper, pens, and a few old surveying tools that we still trust more than the new stuff. We’ve been in this 1st Block location for quite a while. The 12th Cross is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which helps when we need to focus on calculations. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just take on jobs, figure out how to make things stand up straight, and get the permits sorted out. Sometimes the traffic in Bangalore makes it hard to get to the sites on time, but we do our best to manage the schedule. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes long hours when a project is finishing up. We just like building things and making sure the math is right. If you’re in the neighborhood, we are the ones with the light on late into the evening.
