Our place is located in Shivanagar, Rajajinagar, specifically at 7, 4th Cross on the 2nd Main. It’s a quiet enough corner of Bangalore compared to some other parts of the city. We’ve been working out of this building for a while now. It’s not some massive glass tower; it’s just a regular building in a residential and commercial mix. When you walk in, it feels like a normal workplace where people are just trying to get through their to-do lists. We have our setups with the computers and the wires everywhere, which makes sense given the kind of work we do with networking stuff. It’s not always perfectly organized, and you might see some spare parts or cables sitting on a table in the corner. We don’t really do fancy meetings with catering. Mostly, we just sit around a desk and figure out whatever technical problem is in front of us that day. The neighborhood is nice because there are a few good spots to grab a quick snack or a tea during the afternoon slump. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who’ve been around for years and others who are just starting out. We don’t spend time on big speeches or fancy posters on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and head home once the day is over. It’s a practical, everyday kind of environment for us, and we like that it feels like a real part of Rajajinagar.
