Our place is at No. 54, 1st main in Vijaya Nagar, specifically in the Chira Bazar area. T.V. Kumarswamy is the person behind this setup. We focus on journalism here. It is a small office located on the first main road. We have a lot of notebooks and pens lying around on the tables. Sometimes the place looks a bit messy because of all the newspapers and files. Vijaya Nagar is a lively neighborhood to be in. We like the bustle of Chira Bazar. It gives us plenty of things to look at during the day. We spend a lot of time reading and writing our reports. It is not a quiet job but we enjoy the pace of it. The building is a bit older but it has some character to it. We know most of the shopkeepers who work nearby. They see us coming and going at odd hours sometimes. News does not really have a fixed schedule like other jobs. We have a couple of desks and some old wooden shelves filled with files. There is always a radio or something playing quietly in the background. We don't have a big team here. It is just a few of us working together. We try to keep track of what is happening in the world from our little corner. It is a practical setup for us.
