Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj

We are located over at number 47 on 16th Cross in the AECS Layout. It is part of the R.M.V 2nd Stage area in Sanjaynagar. Our office is a bit hidden away, which makes it a nice change from the really loud parts of Bangalore. The name on the door says Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj, but we usually just call ourselves JLL among the staff. We deal with real estate and property management, which means a lot of time spent looking at maps and talking about square footage. The office itself is not very fancy. It is mostly just a few rows of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. 7th Main can be a real headache for parking if you come after ten in the morning, so we often tell people to park a block away. We are not a corporate machine; we are just a group of people trying to keep track of property deals and lease renewals. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, while other days we are out visiting different sites across the city. It is practical work that requires a lot of patience. We know the streets around Sanjaynagar very well since we walk them every day for lunch. It is a steady job and we try to keep things moving along without making things too complicated for anyone involved.
