You can find Johnson Physiotherapy at No. 316, 1st Main in the 4th Phase of Yelahanka New Town. We are right next to SLV Hospital, so that makes it pretty easy for people to locate us. Yelahanka has grown so much lately. It used to feel like the edge of the city, but now it is a busy hub of its own. Our space is on the 1st main road. I spend a lot of my time here helping people move better. We have some basic exercise equipment like mats, weights, and some machines for therapy. It is not a luxury gym or a high-end spa. It is just a practical room where people come to do the hard work of recovery. Sometimes you hear the sounds from the hospital next door, or the traffic from the main road. I usually have a radio playing softly in the background to keep things from being too silent. The floors are easy to clean, which is good because we get a lot of people coming in with dusty shoes. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us. Someone tells their neighbor, and then that neighbor shows up a week later. It is a simple way of running things. We open up early and stay until the last appointment is finished. That is just how our days go here in Yelahanka.
