Our office is located at 575 Prashantha Nilaya on 9th Main in Jagdish Nagar. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can get around N T Sandra Post, especially during the 7th Cross rush. We have a pretty standard office setup here. It’s on the first floor of a building that looks like many others in this part of the city. We deal with a lot of technical controls and building systems. It’s not exactly glamorous work, but it’s necessary. We have desks covered in blueprints and technical manuals. There is always a pot of coffee going because the mornings start early. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing you find in the big tech parks. We are more of a hands-on crew. Sometimes we are out at job sites and other times we are stuck here doing the billing and scheduling. The office gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We don’t have a fancy lounge or a gym. We just have our workspace and a small break area where we eat our lunch. Working in Bangalore means we are always dealing with the noise and the pace of the city. We just focus on getting the right parts to the right places and making sure the systems we manage are actually working. It’s a straightforward job and we try to keep it that way without any extra fluff or meetings.
