Our office is House Number 301 on the 4th Cross in the 7th Block of Koramangala. Koramangala is a place where everyone seems to be starting something new. Jobone4U Management Consultancy Pvt. Ltd has been tucked away in this residential block for a while. It is a decent spot because it is close to all the cafes but quiet enough to actually get some work done. We spend a lot of time talking to people about jobs and looking through resumes. It is just a few of us here. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a fountain or anything. It is just a house that we converted into an office space. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it is just a courier or someone lost looking for another block. We keep things very casual around here. We do not use any marketing speak when we talk to the people who walk in. It is more like a conversation between neighbors. Our desks are usually a bit cluttered with notes and coffee mugs. We do not follow a strict corporate manual. We just handle the consultancy work as it comes in. The 7th Block is a nice area to walk around when we need a break from the screens. We are just a local business trying to help people find their way in the job market. Sometimes the garden outside needs weeding but we rarely have the time for it.
