Down in Kengeri Satellite Town, the pace is a bit different from the center of Bangalore. We are Jmc Projects India Ltd, and you can find us at number 361, right where 3rd Main and 4th Main meet. It’s a solid part of the 560060 area. The building is just a standard Bangalore structure, with plenty of stairs and a bit of dust from the road. We spend our days here dealing with whatever comes across our desks. The weather in Kengeri is usually okay, but the traffic on the main roads nearby can be a real headache. We have a lot of neighbors who are also running small businesses or living their lives in the satellite town. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get the job done. We’ve got the usual things—some old chairs, a few computers, and a lot of files. The 3rd Main area has a lot of trees, which is nice when you look out the window. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary fuss. It’s a practical location for us. Most people who come by are local, or they’ve navigated the long drive out here from the city. We like the fact that it feels a bit more grounded than the high-tech hubs. It’s just us at 361, doing our daily rounds and keeping the lights on. It works out well for everyone in the end. We just keep working.
