You can find us at door number 349 in B Block of AECS Layout. We are right on the 6th cross in Kundalahalli. This area is full of tech people because it’s so close to all the big parks. Our office is just a regular building among many others. We've been operating here for a while now. Inside, it's just a bunch of desks and computers. We write software for various needs. The team is a mix of older guys and some younger ones just starting out. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. We just talk to each other if there’s a problem. The layout is nice because there are some trees, though the traffic on the main road outside is terrible. We usually have lunch at the small mess nearby. The office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we try to keep it tidy. We don't use any fancy project management tools usually, just lists and talking. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We aren't trying to be the next big thing. We just like making good software that works. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a deadline, but mostly we try to leave on time. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just do our jobs and try to do them well without much fuss. The internet is mostly good, which is all we really need to keep the wheels turning for the business.
