We operate under the name Jindal and mostly handle things through our digital channels. Since we do not have a walk-in storefront for this specific branch, we try to keep things as simple and direct as possible. Most of our communication happens through the email ashalatha912@hotmail.com. It might seem a bit old-fashioned to some people to still be using a Hotmail account, but it is what we have used for many years and it works perfectly fine for us. We handle a lot of inquiries and paperwork through that inbox every single day. Our day usually starts with checking all the new messages and getting back to people one by one. It is just a few of us managing the entire load. We are not some big agency with hundreds of employees sitting in a call center. We just do the work as it comes in. We don't have a big office building to show off to anyone, so we focus all our energy on being responsive to the emails we get. It is a low-key way of doing business, but it keeps our overhead down and lets us work at our own pace. Sometimes we are a little slow to reply if the volume of mail is really high, but we eventually get through everything in the folder. We don't use any fancy automated systems or bots to talk to people. It is just us typing out real replies to every single person who writes to us.
