Jindal Naturecure Institute

Up here in Bangalore, the Jindal Naturecure Institute is quite a large place, and our team handles the housekeeping side of things. It is a lot of work keeping a campus this big looking decent every day. We start pretty early, often before the sun is fully up, to get the common areas ready. Our office is tucked away in the back where we keep all the linens and cleaning supplies. It is not a fancy corporate setup; it is mostly just shelves of towels and buckets. We spend our time walking from building to building, checking on rooms and making sure everything is where it should be. The air out here is a bit fresher than the city center, which makes the long walks easier. We deal with a lot of laundry and sometimes the machines decide to quit on us at the worst times. We just have to fix them and keep going. Most of us have been working here for years and we know every corner of the grounds. We are not really the ones you see out front, but we are the ones making sure the floors are swept and the beds are made. It is a quiet kind of job, really. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. It is simple, honest work that keeps the whole institute running smoothly for everyone who comes to visit.
