This office is tucked away in the Kinginimattam area of Kolenchery. It’s not at the airport, which surprises some people. We are located at Kunnath Kalappurayil (H) in the Erankulam district of Kerala. It’s a bit more green and quiet out here than you might expect for an airline office. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for Jetlite. There are files everywhere and the phones ring quite a bit. It’s mostly just us working through the logistics and the paperwork that keeps things moving. The building itself is more of a house style, fitting into the Kerala neighborhood. We take our breaks outside when it’s not raining too hard. The humidity can be a bit much sometimes, but we are used to it. Most of us have been working here for years. It’s a steady kind of job. We aren't the ones flying the planes, we're the ones making sure the records are straight. If you're looking for the fancy uniforms and the big terminals, you won't find them here in Kinginimattam. This is where the real work gets done. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we need to do. We’ve been part of the Kolenchery community for a long time now. It’s just a regular office in a beautiful part of India, doing what needs to be done every day. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while we check the schedules. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out. It's just part of working in this part of Kolenchery.
