Down here in Erode, Tamil Nadu, things move at a slightly different pace than in the big metros. It gets really hot in this part of the state, so we’re always looking for a bit of shade or a cold drink. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just help people out and make sure the information we have is correct. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone lines get static, and we just have to be patient. Most of the people working here have been in the area for years, so we all know each other’s families and where to get the best lunch. It’s a small team, and we don't have a big corporate hierarchy. We just sit together and get through the work. It’s honest, steady work in a town that we all know by heart. We aren't looking to be anything other than a reliable spot for people to find us when they need to talk about their travel or their tickets.
