Our office is over at 68, 2A Cross in the 5th Block of Koramangala. If you know Bangalore, you know Koramangala is always packed with people and shops. We’re tucked away in a smaller street though. It’s an aviation business, so things can get pretty hectic. Phones are usually ringing with people asking about flights or schedules. We spend a lot of time on computers. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and chairs and a small kitchen area where we grab coffee. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a good bit now. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking on the street. It’s a mix of paperwork and coordinating things for the planes. We don't have a big shining sign out front, just a plain one. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other well. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. The 5th Block has everything you need, so lunch breaks are easy. We just try to keep the operations running without too much fuss. It's a lot of data entry and phone calls. Nothing glamorous about the back-end of an airline, really. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the shift is over. It’s a steady routine in a busy city. Sometimes the rain floods the street a bit, and we have to jump over puddles to get inside, but we manage just fine.
