You can find us at 348/1, right behind the Tin Factory in the Karnataka-16 area of Bangalore. We’re situated very close to the Mariamman Temple, which is a big help if you’re trying to find the exact building. This area is always buzzing with activity because of the factory and all the trucks and cars on the road. We handle a lot of the administrative and ground work that goes into keeping an airline running. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just a lot of paperwork and coordinating with the people at the airport. We have a simple office setup where we track flight schedules and deal with all the details that passengers don’t usually see. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there are delays or weather problems, and we’re all hands on deck to try and sort things out. We’ve been at this location behind the factory for quite some time now. The office is full of desks, computers, and maps of flight routes. We drink a lot of tea to keep us going through the long afternoons. It’s a lot of steady work and we have to stay focused on the numbers and the times. We aren't really a public-facing ticket counter here, just a practical office where the behind-the-scenes stuff happens.
