Jet Airways

This particular office for Jet Airways is located over on Infantry Road in Bangalore. We are sharing space at Le Chateau, specifically at A-2, with the Good Relations team. It’s a busy part of the city, and finding parking on 90 Infantry Road can be a real headache some mornings. We have been here for a bit now, handling whatever comes our way. It is not a massive airport counter or anything like that. It’s just a regular office where we deal with the daily stuff that needs sorting. The building has its own look, hence the name Le Chateau, though inside it’s just desks and computers like any other place. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages. Bangalore traffic usually dictates when we get in and when we leave. It’s a lot of work keeping things coordinated, especially when you are part of a bigger setup. We don’t have any big posters or anything too flashy. It’s mostly just files and coffee mugs. We try to stay on top of the tasks, even when things get a little chaotic during peak times. Being centrally located helps, but it also means it’s never really quiet outside. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of things to do. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. It keeps us on our toes for sure.
