We operate out of a small spot in Kasturinagar here in Bangalore. It's tucked away on 3rd F Cross, just off 5th Main. If you aren't familiar with the area, it can be a little tricky to find the first time, but most locals know the way. The office is located at 132/3 and it’s where we handle all the administrative stuff. It’s not an airport, obviously, just a regular building where we sit down and deal with the day-to-day operations. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers. It’s a pretty basic setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails. Sometimes the power goes out, which is typical for this part of Bangalore, but we just wait it out or use the backup. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s mostly maps and schedules pinned up everywhere. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the long shifts. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day you’re filing papers and the next you’re trying to fix a printer. It's just how a small office works. We are just a group of people trying to keep things organized from this corner of Bangalore-43. There is always work to do.
