Our office is situated at 76/2 in Konenagrahara, right near the Venugopala Temple on Airport Road. Being so close to the airport area makes sense for what we do. Most of our days are spent dealing with the logistics of the airline business. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure schedules are followed. It’s not like the movies; it’s mostly just hard work in an office setting. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the industry over the years. Sometimes things are smooth and other times there are delays or issues that we have to sort out. We aren't into making big promises, we just try to get the work done so planes can fly and people can get where they are going. The team here in Bangalore-17 stays pretty busy. We have our routines, like getting tea in the afternoon and going through the latest manifests. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time at Jet Airways India Ltd. People around here know us as the place near the temple. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a functional space where we handle the nuts and bolts of the operation. It can be stressful when things don't go according to plan, but we just keep at it. That is the only way to manage in this kind of business. We are simply a group of employees doing our part to keep things moving.
