We are located in Room No. 6 here in Bangalore. It’s a small space, really just one room where we handle all our tour bookings and travel arrangements. It’s pretty basic inside—we have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders full of itineraries. Being in Bangalore, everything is always moving fast, but inside our room, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We don’t have a big lobby or a fancy waiting area. If someone comes by, they just pull up a chair next to the desk. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes because we keep all our records on paper as well as on the computer, just to be safe. The building we are in is quite old and has its quirks, like the lights that flicker once in a while. We aren't part of some massive corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s just us doing the daily grind. We know the other people in the building and sometimes we share a coffee in the hallway. It’s a practical way to run a business without spending too much on things that don’t matter. Most of our work involves talking to people about where they want to go and trying to find a way to make it happen. It’s simple, direct, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time now. Just a regular small office in the city. We keep a small kettle for tea and there is always a bit of a breeze from the window.
