We have our small office set up in Bangalore. It is basically a place where a few of us sit and handle the travel logistics and air stuff that comes our way. It isn't a massive glass building; it's more like a regular workspace where you’ll find piles of files and a few coffee mugs sitting around. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing away on old keyboards that have seen better days. The city is always loud outside, but inside we just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. We don't really have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just tell people we are Jet Air and we are in Bangalore if they need to find us. Usually, it's the same faces coming in and out every week. We know the couriers and the guy who brings the water bottles by heart. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, especially when the weather is sticky, but we make it work. There’s no secret to how we do things, we just show up on time and try to stay on top of the bookings. It’s a practical business. We don’t pretend to be anything we aren't. Just a group of people working in the aviation sector, trying to stay busy and keep things moving.
