You can find us at Cubbonpet, right near the Ulsoorgate Police Station. The office is in the Hms Complex on New Sama Road, just off Abhilasha Cross Road. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always noise from the traffic and sirens. We’ve been set up here for some time now. It’s a small place, nothing too grand. Jeevaprakash handles most of the professional work himself, whether it’s consulting or helping people with their documents. It’s the kind of job where you’re always reading or writing something. The space is a bit cramped with all the shelves, but we know where everything is. We don't have any corporate protocols here. If you come in, you just sit down and we talk about what you need. Sometimes we have to run over to the station or other offices nearby for paperwork, so the door might be locked for a few minutes. It’s just how it goes when you’re a small outfit. We don't have a big team, just a couple of people who know the local system well. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Some are in a hurry, others want to sit and talk. We just try to keep up with it all. It’s a practical way to earn a living in a very busy part of the city. We keep a few chairs for visitors and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing.
