Jayaraj Associates

We are Jayaraj Associates. We are set up on the ground floor of the Erappa Building, which is House No 52. You can find us at 3rd Main, 3rd Cross in New Thippasandra, Bangalore. Being on the ground floor is handy because people don't have to climb any stairs to see us. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The office is pretty simple, with a few desks and some filing cabinets. It’s usually me and a couple of others working here. We handle a lot of different tasks, mostly involving local paperwork and coordination. The street outside can get a bit crowded with bikes parked everywhere, but that’s just how Thippasandra is. We usually keep the front door ajar when it’s hot. There’s a small shop next door where we get our stationery and snacks. We don't have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. It’s a practical way to work. We know most of the people on this cross. It’s not a corporate park, just a regular building in a regular part of town. We try to keep things moving along without making things too complicated for anyone who walks in. The walls are painted a dull cream color that has seen better days, but the roof doesn't leak and that's what matters most.
