I've been in Vijayanagar North for quite a while now. The office sits on the first floor of the M C Layout building, which gets a fair bit of light in the morning hours. People walk by on their way to the local shops, and you can always hear the bikes starting up downstairs on the street. It is not a fancy place, just a simple room with some old desks and a lot of papers stacked up. We usually start the day with some tea and just go through whatever needs doing that morning. It gets a bit loud when the traffic picks up near 41557, but we've mostly gotten used to the noise by now. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep, so we usually tell everyone to watch their step when they come up to see us. We don't have a big team or anything like that, just a few of us here making sure the daily work gets done. Some days are much busier than others, and sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit and talk. It is a local spot, nothing like those big glass buildings in the tech parks. We like being here in this part of town because it feels like a real neighborhood. Most people who come in are from the nearby blocks. We don't do any advertising; people just find us or hear about us from a neighbor.
