Our place is at 2 2/1 (84/5) on the ground floor. It is situated on 8th Main, 1st Cross in the Lic Colony area of 3rd Block East Jayanagar. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s much quieter than the main roads. You can hear birds sometimes, which is a nice change from the usual city noise. The ground floor location is convenient because we don't have to deal with any stairs. Inside Sublime Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the layout is a bit cramped but we make it work. We have desks pushed against the walls and a central table where we sometimes sit to discuss things. The paint is a little faded in some spots, and the shelving is packed with old files and equipment. Jayanagar is a great place to be because everything is close by. If we need something, we just walk a block or two. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't need many rules. We just show up and start on whatever is next. There’s a small porch out front where a couple of people usually stand to take a break. It’s an honest, simple workspace without any of the corporate stuff you see elsewhere. We like the quiet pace of the colony. It makes it easier to focus on the work without too many distractions coming from outside.
