Jaya Clinic

Jaya Clinic is a small place over at 20 Ramaswamy Palya. We are right near Garden Street, so most people around here know exactly where we are. It’s not a big institution or anything like that. It is just a local clinic where you go when you're feeling under the weather. I’ve seen kids grow up coming here, and now they bring their own children. That’s just how it is in this part of town. The office is small and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We focus on the basics. If you have a fever or a cough that won't quit, you come in, wait your turn, and see the doctor. We don't have fancy digital screens in the waiting room. Usually, people just sit and chat or look at their phones. It’s a bit noisy outside sometimes because of the street traffic, but inside it’s okay. We try to keep our hours steady so people know when to find us. It’s a humble setup, really. We just want to make sure the people in the neighborhood have somewhere to go without having to take a bus across town. There’s no big mystery to what we do. We just open up in the morning and help whoever walks through the door.
