You can find Jay Engineering And Construction over in V V Mohalla. We are on the 1st Main road, right behind the wine shop and very close to the Venkataram Swami Temple. It’s a bit of a funny way to describe where we are, but everyone around here knows those spots. We do a mix of engineering and construction work. Some days we are in the office looking at blueprints, and other days we are out on a site getting our boots dirty. It is not always glamorous work, but it is satisfying to see a wall go up or a foundation poured correctly. We are a small crew, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There’s no one here who is too important to pick up a shovel if they have to. We’ve been operating out of V V Mohalla for a while now and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. The temple nearby brings a lot of peace, though the area around the wine shop can get a bit lively in the evenings. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny brochures. We just rely on doing a decent job so that people will talk to their neighbors about us. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, but we just take it one day at a time. Our office is simple, just enough room for our tools and our desks. We’re just local people building things for other local people.
