Jataayu Technosolutions Pvt Ltd is situated in the Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar area. To be exact, you can find us at Shiv Ashish Indl Society 5, along the Udhna Magdalla Road. It is an industrial patch, so there is always the sound of machinery or vehicles moving around in the background. Our space is one of the smaller units in the society. We have been here for a bit, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. The commute can be long depending on which side of the city you are coming from. Most of us bring our own lunch boxes because the walk to the main road takes a few minutes. We spend most of the day troubleshooting or working on whatever project is currently on the table. It’s a very hands-on environment. There is no receptionist at the front, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to answer it. The neighbors in the society are mostly other small workshops, so we all know each other. Sometimes we borrow tools or help each other out with small things. It is a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there is a problem, we just sit down and talk it through until it’s fixed. That’s just how things go for our team here at Shiv Ashish Indl Society.
