I run my business from unit 401 in the North East Residency building over in Vignana Nagar. It’s a residential area mostly, so it stays pretty quiet during the day which is good for focusing. I’ve been here for a while now and have gotten to know the security guards and the neighbors pretty well. My workspace is just a simple room set up with what I need to get through the day's tasks. It’s nothing fancy, just a desk, a computer, and a lot of notebooks where I keep track of everything. Sometimes the lift in the building gets a bit slow, but I don’t mind the walk up to the fourth floor if I have to. Being in Vignana Nagar is convenient because it's not as crowded as the center of the city, but still has everything I need close by. Most of my clients are people I’ve known for a long time. They know where to find me and they usually just give me a call before stopping by. It’s a very straightforward way of working. I don’t spend much time on decorations or making the place look like a corporate office. I’d rather spend that time actually doing the work I’m supposed to do. Sometimes it gets a bit lonely working like this, but then I just go for a walk around the residency to stretch my legs. It’s a decent life and I’m glad I have this space. Usually, I work until the sun goes down and then head out for some dinner nearby. It is a quiet existence but it suits me.
