Our office is situated at No 647/A on the 2nd Cross in HMT Layout, which is part of RT Nagar in Bangalore. It’s a residential-style building, which makes the whole place feel a bit more like a home than a cold office. We have several rooms that we’ve converted into workspaces, with desks pushed against the walls to make more room. RT Nagar is a pretty good area with plenty of shops and places to grab a bite, so we’re never short on options for lunch. The 2nd Cross is usually quiet, except for the occasional car or bike passing through. We handle various global projects from here, so there are times when some of us are working late to match different time zones. The stairs are a bit narrow and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it doesn't bother us. We have a small balcony where people go to take phone calls or just get some sun for a minute. It’s a very grounded atmosphere without any corporate pretension. We don't have a big HR department or fancy slogans on the walls. It’s just a group of people working together to get things sorted out. Every now and then we have a small gathering for someone's birthday, but mostly it’s just business as usual.
