Janaki Associates

Janaki Associates is run out of number 11, New Thippasandra. The building is called Janaki Nilayam. We are located right opposite the LIC Housing Colony. It’s a well-known area in this part of town. The colony across the street is quite large, so there are always people walking around or cars parked along the road. We have been here for a good number of years. The office is part of the building where we spend most of our time. It’s a comfortable space, not too big and not too small for our needs. We do various associate work here. It involves a lot of paperwork and meeting with people. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a lobby. You just walk in and we're there at our desks. New Thippasandra is a nice neighborhood with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. We like the location because it’s easy to get to. The building, Janaki Nilayam, is easy to spot once you are near the LIC colony. We keep things pretty low-key. There isn't any loud music or flashy lights. We just focus on getting the paperwork right. Sometimes we sit out front when the weather is nice. We know the local shopkeepers and the people living in the colony. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local office doing our daily work. If you need us, we are right there at number 11.
