Jain Travels

Our shop is at number 20 in Frazer Town. It's a small place, nothing too special to look at from the street. We've been here for years, and most of the people who live nearby know exactly where we are. It’s a simple setup inside with a couple of tables and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their travel plans. We handle things like bus tickets and train bookings, mostly. It’s a lot of writing things down and checking schedules. We don’t have a website that does everything for us. We prefer talking to people directly. Frazer Town is a great place to be because there's always something happening outside. Sometimes the street gets so loud we have to close the door just to hear ourselves think. We’re just a small family-run type of business. We don’t have any fancy titles or a big board of directors. It’s just us. We know our customers by their first names often. We try to be helpful and honest about the prices we find. It's not a fast-paced corporate life. It's more about sitting down and getting the details right for someone’s trip. We take our time with each person. It’s just the way we’ve always done things here. We don't see any reason to change it now after all this time. We’ll just keep opening the doors every morning and see who comes in.
