I am Jaikumar N and I have my place at 253 4 in Manjunath Nagar. We are specifically on the 2nd Main Road in the 3rd Phase of the area. Manjunath Nagar is a residential part of town that has gotten much busier lately with new shops. My office is located right in the middle of all that. It’s a straightforward setup. I use the space to handle my daily business and keep track of everything I need to do. The 2nd Main Road is usually pretty calm in the mornings but picks up later in the day when kids get home from school. Being in the 3rd Phase means we are around a lot of people who live nearby. I’ve lived and worked in this area for quite some time now, so I know most of the people on the street. The office is just a room with a desk, some chairs, and a few shelves for my things. It isn't a corporate environment at all. It’s just where I work every day. I don't have a big staff or anything like that. Sometimes my friends from the neighborhood drop by just to say hello and chat for a bit. It’s a very local way of doing things. I don't see a reason to make it more complicated than it needs to be. I just open up in the morning and see what the day brings. It’s a good, quiet spot for me to get my tasks finished. Manjunath Nagar has been good to me.
