Jai Ganesh Travels

Jai Ganesh Travels is located at 11 Vinayaka Nagar within the GIDC Estate area. Our office is in a building called Sri Krishna Nilaya, which is tucked away right behind the Rajeshwari Theatre. If you are coming to visit us, you have to look for the theatre first because the building can be hard to spot from the main road. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to drivers or people looking to book a trip somewhere. The office is small and usually smells a bit like incense from the morning prayers we do. There are maps pinned to the walls and a few old calendars that we never bothered to take down. We have a couple of wooden benches for customers to sit on while we look up their routes or print out their tickets. The printer is old and makes a lot of noise, but it still works most of the time. Outside, there is usually a car or two parked in the shade of the building while the drivers wait for their next assignment. It gets pretty loud when a movie finishes at the theatre and everyone comes out onto the street at once. We stay open pretty late sometimes to make sure all our vehicles are back and everyone is accounted for before we lock up. It's a simple life but it keeps us busy from morning till night.
