Jai Bhavani Developers is located in the basement of the Anjaneya Complex, which is at 6 Ulsoor Airport Road. Being in a basement has its pros and cons. It stays a bit cooler down here when the Bangalore sun is really beating down on Airport Road, but we don't get much of a view. You can hear the rumble of the heavy traffic overhead all day long. The Anjaneya Complex is a well-known spot, so people usually don't have too much trouble finding the entrance. Our office is filled with the usual stuff like site plans, some old furniture, and a computer that’s seen better days. We don't try to look like those big-shot developers with fancy glass towers. We are just here in our basement office, working on our projects and meeting with people who drop by. The air is a little still sometimes, so we keep the door open to the hallway. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents under the fluorescent lights. Ulsoor is a great area to be in, even with the noise of the main road. We’ve been at number 6 for a long time, and the basement has become a second home to the team here. It’s not perfect, but it suits us.
