Peenya is a busy place, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is on Mosque Street. It’s the 1st Cross in Banashankari 2nd Stage. We handle export stuff, mostly packing things and sending them out. The 1st stage of Peenya is always loud with trucks moving around. We have boxes stacked up everywhere right now. It gets a bit crowded. Our place is number 1038. You can’t miss the mosque nearby, it’s a big landmark for us. People always ask for directions using that. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. Exports involve a lot of paperwork that never seems to end. Sometimes the shipments get delayed at the port and we just have to wait. It’s part of the trade. The coffee shop down the street is where we usually go when things get too hectic. We’ve been at this address for some time now. The street is narrow so parking is a nightmare. Most of our guys use bikes. We deal with all sorts of goods. Nothing specific, just whatever needs to move. The weather lately has made loading the trucks a bit of a challenge. We try to keep things dry with plastic covers. It’s just a regular workspace. No fancy carpets or anything like that. Just desks and crates and lots of tape for the packages. We work until the sun goes down.
