J S Homz Developers is based at 85/9 in Jakkur. Jakkur is a nice area, still has a bit of a quiet feel compared to the rest of the city. We work from this office most days. It’s not a very large setup. We have some drawings and plans spread out on the tables usually. People come to us when they are thinking about building something or looking for a place in this side of town. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. Someone tells a neighbor, and then they show up at our door. We like it that way. It keeps things simple and honest. The office is easy to find if you know the Jakkur area. We’ve been here for a few years now. We've watched the neighborhood change, with more houses and apartments going up. Sometimes we're involved in those projects, sometimes we're just watching them grow. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people what is possible and what isn't. It’s a practical way to run things. The tea shop down the road is where we usually go for breaks. It’s a good spot to catch up on the local news. We don't need a lot of fuss to get our work done. We just show up and do what is needed every single day.
