We’ve been here at Yeshwantpur 3rd Cross for a good while now. Our spot is at 50/53 and it’s right in the middle of all the noise and activity of the 6th Block. It is not a very large office, mostly just enough space for a couple of desks and some old plastic chairs for people to sit while they wait. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to the drivers who come in and out. The area around 4th Main is always busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get somewhere. J R Travels is a simple operation. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of those modern things. Most days, the place is a bit messy with paperwork and keys lying around. We just focus on getting the cars out on time. Sometimes the traffic is so bad that everything gets delayed, but we try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a local business and we know a lot of the people who live around here. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here. The office gets a bit dusty because of the main road, but we don't mind it much. We have a small fan that keeps us cool in the afternoon. It’s just us doing what we do, day in and day out, without any big fuss.
