Cilantro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 4, Prakruthi on 15th Cross, just off the 100 Feet Ring Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and the Ring Road always has traffic moving. Our office is in a building called Prakruthi. It is a bit more of a quiet space compared to the main road, which is nice when we need to focus. We have a small team here working on different tech projects. It isn't a massive corporate floor with hundreds of cubicles. Instead, it is just a few of us at our desks with our monitors and some coffee mugs. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking about code or hardware. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to build things that work. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain ruins the roads. We often eat lunch together or just grab something from the local shops on 15th Cross. It is a pretty relaxed environment. We aren't trying to change the world, we are just trying to do our jobs well and keep our clients satisfied with what we produce.
