We go by the name J N Appliances & Services. You can find us at No 39 on the 2nd Floor. We are located on 6th Cross, Rose Garden in Neelasandra, Bangalore. The area code is 560047. Since we are on the second floor, we have to carry tools and parts up the stairs every day. It’s a bit of a workout, but we don’t mind it much. Rose Garden is a busy part of Neelasandra. There are always people around and kids playing in the lanes. Our workshop is full of all sorts of appliances that need fixing. It’s a bit cluttered with wires and metal pieces, but we know where everything is kept. We have been at No 39 for quite a few years now. The 6th Cross is our home base. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a shiny sign. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just seeing the name J N Appliances & Services on the door. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. We like being in Neelasandra because everyone knows everyone else. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the activity on the street, but it’s a good kind of busy. We just focus on fixing what is broken and getting it back to the owners. It is a simple, no-nonsense way to run a business. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on the different machines.
