We’re located over in Bommanahalli on I B Patel Road. If you know where Sagar Mens Wear is, we are right across from them in the Venkata Swamy Reddy Layout. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it stays busy enough with the local traffic. We deal mostly in power tools. The shop is usually a bit cluttered because we get shipments in and it takes us a while to get everything put away on the shelves. We’re just a small team here, so things move at their own pace. Sometimes we’re busy fixing something in the back, and other times we’re just sitting at the counter waiting for the next person to walk in. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people seeing us when they walk by or hearing about us from a friend. It’s a decent area, though the road can get pretty dusty when the trucks pass. We keep the floor swept as best we can. Most people who come in are looking for something to finish a construction job or maybe just a repair at home. We don’t give long sales pitches. We just show you what we have and let you decide. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved. We’ve been here at Venkata Swamy Reddy Layout for a few years and have gotten to know the locals.
