We are J L K Rao Co, and you can find us at No 4 1 in the Jayanthi Building. It’s right on Avenue Road in Bangalore, which is a really crowded and busy street. C O J L Kantha Rao is the one in charge here. We do a mix of things, mostly chartered accounting work but we also deal with real estate firms and other bits and pieces. The office is in a bit of an old building, but it works for us. Avenue Road is always full of people and noise, so it’s never boring. We’ve got our files and our desks all squeezed in. It’s 02 area of Bangalore, so it’s very central. If you’re looking for a fancy lobby, you won’t find it here. We just have our space where we look at numbers and talk about property. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the street sometimes with all the vendors and traffic. But once you’re inside the Jayanthi Building, it’s just us doing our job. We’ve been doing this for a long time. People know Kantha Rao around here. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we’re too busy with the work itself. It’s a practical office for practical people. Just a bunch of us working through the piles of paper every day. We’ve got stacks of files and the phone rings quite a bit, but we just take it one day at a time.
