Our shop is located at 1/3, 3rd Cross on Nagarbhavi Main Road. We are in the Manasa Nagar area, very close to the Nagarbhavi Circle, which is always packed with traffic and people. Because of the location, there is a constant hum of engines and shouting from the street that we’ve just gotten used to over time. Inside, the floor is usually crisscrossed with blue and grey ethernet cables and power strips. We have a few desks pushed against the walls where we take apart computers or try to fix networking gear that’s acting up. It’s a bit of a mess with screwdrivers and spare parts lying around, but we generally know where everything is. The air conditioner struggles a bit in the afternoons, so we usually keep the door cracked open a little. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and typing away, sometimes losing track of time until it starts getting dark outside. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our tea and samosas when we need a break from the monitors. It’s a very straightforward operation we have here. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting lounge, just a couple of stools and a lot of hardware. We just focus on getting the systems running again and dealing with the tech problems that people bring to us from all over the neighborhood.
