You can find us over at the Nataraj Building, which is on 10th Road in the Peenya Khar area. Specifically, we're in Sundeep Society, at house 194/5. It’s a pretty lively spot with people always coming and going. We handle travel stuff, mostly booking trips and sorting out how people get from one place to another. It started out small and stayed that way, which is how we like it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. Peenya is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street, but it keeps us energized. We aren’t a big agency with a call center, just a few of us here in the office. People stop by to ask about bus timings or train tickets, and we just do our best to help them figure it out. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or cancellations, which is annoying for everyone, but we just try to sort it out. The building itself is easy to find once you get into the society. We’ve got our maps and files scattered around, but we know where everything is. It’s a regular job for us, really. We like hearing where people are going and helping them get their plans together. It’s just how we spend our days here in Peenya. We aren't doing anything fancy, just booking trips.
