Ivision Information Technologies Pvt Ltd is a small operation in the middle of all that noise. We’ve got our computers set up and we spend the day handling various tech tasks. The office is tucked away, so it can be a bit quiet inside once you get past the street sounds. We’ve got a mix of old and new furniture that we’ve gathered over the years. It’s not a showroom, just a place where work happens. Usually, someone is on the phone and someone else is typing, and that’s about it. We don't use any fancy titles or have big meetings in glass boardrooms. We just talk across the room when we need to figure something out. The walk from the market is short, so we often head that way for snacks in the afternoon. It feels like a real part of the city here, not some isolated office park. We’ve had the same neighbors for a long time, and we all kind of know each other's schedules. It’s a practical place to work, and we just keep at it day after day. No one is putting on an act. We’re just here doing our IT work.
